What is User Verification or KYC?
KYC, or “Know Your Customer,” is a crucial identity verification process that all regulated financial institutions, including cryptocurrency exchanges, must use. This process helps prevent financial fraud, money laundering, and terrorism financing.
When registering on CryptoUnity, you will need to complete KYC only once. You will be required to submit your identification documents, such as an ID card or passport, and proof of residence.
This process not only ensures compliance with the law but also provides additional security for you, as it ensures that only you can open an account in your name.
