How fast is "10 seconds to buy crypto"? +
For an existing user with a verified card, the buy flow is: open, enter an amount, confirm, done. About 10 seconds. First-time users complete KYC once (5–10 minutes) and then see the same fast flow.
Do you have an offer for switchers? +
Yes. Bring your crypto over and get 0% trading fees for 30 days. There are no deposit fees, so moving your existing coins in costs you nothing.
Is CryptoUnity available in my country? +
See our supported countries page. We're live across the EU and as of 2026 in the United States via our BitGo partnership.
Safety & custody
Who holds my crypto? +
BitGo — the regulated crypto custodian trusted by institutional investors worldwide. Your funds are held in segregated, qualified-custodian accounts. CryptoUnity never touches your private keys.
What happens if CryptoUnity goes out of business? +
Because BitGo holds custody, your assets are not on CryptoUnity's balance sheet. In a worst case, BitGo is required to return them to you directly.
Is CryptoUnity regulated? +
CryptoUnity is a beginner-friendly app for learning about and buying crypto. The regulated part, custody and execution, is handled by BitGo, a MiCA/BaFin-licensed custodian. Your crypto is safe through that partnership. See our disclaimer for details.
Fees & withdrawals
How much does it cost to buy crypto? +
A flat percentage applies to each trade, usually lower than a typical big-exchange fee, especially for small buys. New accounts also get 0% trading fees for their first 30 days, and there are no deposit fees. You will always see the exact amount and any fee before you confirm a buy.
How do I withdraw to my bank? +
SEPA across the EU, ACH and wire in the US. From the app: Wallet → Withdraw → Bank. SEPA is usually same-day in the EU.
Can I move crypto to my own wallet? +
Yes. From the app: Wallet → Send → External wallet. We support the major chains (BTC, ETH, etc.). Note: external sends require a video verification per BitGo policy.
Workshops & rewards
Are workshops free? +
Yes. Most are fully free; a small set of advanced tracks unlock with the app. Workshops never have ads.
Can I create content as a creator? +
Yes — apply via our creators portal. Approved creators publish workshops, videos, and articles directly to the CryptoUnity platform.
